All reports are handled confidentially in accordance with strict security procedures, and the identity of individuals submitting reports under their real names is fully protected.

Reports involving groundless accusations or personal private matters are not subject to review, and any content unrelated to reporting, including advertisements, may be removed without notice. Personal information will be retained and used for five years following the submission of the report by the data subject.

Consent to Collection of Personal Information

Only the minimum necessary personal information is collected. Personal information is collected and used to review submitted reports and provide status updates.

- (Required) To verify the facts of the report, provide updates on the investigation status, and deliver the processing results
- (Optional) To verify the identity of the whistleblower in the case of an identified report

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Personal information will be destroyed without delay after the investigation is completed and the processing results have been communicated (or retained for 6 months before destruction).

※ Even after the destruction of personal information, case records, including the contents of the report, may be anonymized and retained separately for five years in accordance with the Company's internal policies.

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences
- You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of required information. However, if consent is refused, the cyber reporting service cannot be used.
- The optional field (Name) may be left blank. If not provided, the report will be safely received and processed as an anonymous submission.
