Fair Trade Consultation & Reporting
If you have experienced unfair trade practices or unfair treatment in the course of doing business with POSCO FLOW,
inquiries or reports may be submitted by clicking "Request Consultation" or "Report."
All submitted information will be reviewed promptly, and a response will be provided.
※ Reports related to unethical conduct should be submitted through Ethics Violation Reporting.
Notice
This channel allows POSCO FLOW employees to request consultations or submit inquiries to the compliance department regarding workplace compliance matters, including conflicts of interest and compliance dilemmas such as leniency reporting, and to receive guidance and advice.
If you submit inquiries or disputes related to fair trade practices and subcontracting laws, including subcontract agreements and payment matters, the relevant department will review the details and provide a response.
※ Subcontract dispute mediation period: Consultations will commence within 10 days of the mediation request and conclude within 30 days.
Consultation & Reporting Guidelines
Consultations and reports may be submitted through various channels, including the online reporting center, mail, telephone, or in-person visits.
Include the personal information of both the whistleblower and the violator, along with details of the violation, based on the principles of 5W1H (who, what, when, where, why, and how).
