Ethical Management
POSCO FLOW accepts reports regarding employee misconduct
through a confidential reporting system.
The identity of whistleblowers is protected, reports are handled promptly, and responses may be provided by email upon request.
Reportable Misconduct
Abuses of Power
- Any act in which POSCO FLOW employees abuse a position of authority through misconduct, such as verbal abuse or physical violence.
- Any act in which POSCO FLOW employees violate the dignity of others through insulting or degrading language.
Workplace Harassment
- Any act in the workplace that violates the dignity of an employee by abusing a position of authority to inflict physical or psychological harm on another employee or create a hostile work environment, including violence and verbal abuse.
Workplace Sexual Harassment
- Any act in the workplace that causes sexual humiliation or discomfort to another person through sexual remarks, behavior, or demands by abusing a position of authority or in connection with work-related duties.
- Any act of taking adverse employment action against another person for refusing sexual remarks, conduct, or demands.
Ethics Violation
- Any act related to POSCO FLOW, including unfair contractual or employment-related practices, illegal subcontracting, violations of contracts or regulations, bribery and improper benefits, embezzlement, information manipulation, and accounting fraud.
The counseling center is a confidential online channel where employees can seek guidance on various forms of unethical conduct without restrictions on content or format. It provides counseling on ethical dilemmas and workplace grievances, and telephone or in-person consultations may also be arranged upon request.
